Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Course participants are provided with information, techniques, and methods for conducting investigations. Course objectives are met using lecture, case review, and practical application. This course is mandatory to progress from a Basic Peace Officer License to an Intermediate Peace Officer License. Upon completion, 40 hours of TCOLE educational credit will be awarded. Course is restricted to Temple Police Department Officers at this time. Class limited to 12 attendees.

Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work.
