    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

  6. Taijutsu for Adults

    Unlike most Martial Arts training at the Temple Bujinkan Dojo, Taijutsu is conducted in a friendly and noncompetitive atmosphere. Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together and assist one another in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition, or previous martial art experience.

  1. #2109 - Spanish for Law Enforcement (Intermediate)

    This course provides officers with a working language capability to understand the meaning of Spanish words or phrases that could signal a threat, and to respond verbally in situations where subjects may need to be controlled for the safety of officers. Course will enable you to find and use key Spanish phrases or words that can inform a person about circumstances or issues you experienced during the course of duty. This course is mandatory to progress from a Basic Peace Officer License to an Intermediate Peace Officer License. Upon completion, 24 hours of TCOLE credit will be awarded. Class limited to 20 attendees.
