    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads these extremely popular exercise sessions designed especially for those with mobility issues or who have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated or in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. Easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

    In recognition of National Heart Month, we want to use the month of February to raise awareness about heart disease and how to prevent or lessen it. Exercising, dancing or just walking can readily strengthen your heart!   1. Ballet Folklorico de Centro Tejas

    February 2, 2018, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Blackmon Community Center

    Come and learn about the history and culture of Mexican folklorico dancing! In this beginner class, students will be taught basic footwork and skirt work. Students will need to bring hard-soled shoes. More details regarding costume and a year-end performance will be covered in class. Registration is for the entire semester and includes a T-shirt.
