Enjoy simple, easy-to-follow movements in a soothing atmosphere. Improve balance, range of motion, strength, flexibility and joint mobility , while keeping your mind active and alert. Chair friendly for those with limited mobility. Led by certified senior yoga instructor Janelle Novosad.

Get Fit, Stay Fit! Join our energized instructor in this low-impact, core strengthening program designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and range of motion. This long-running fitness program uses light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Adaptable for all levels of mobility.
