    Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

    It’s going to be a rollin’ good time at the 2017 Summer Skate Camp! It’s fitness and fun rolled into one. Qualified instructors will teach skaters how to safely and properly skate in a fun, friendly way. Daily activities will include skating lessons, crafts, group games, snacks, and recreational skating. Skate rental is included if needed.
