Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Intrigued by the elegant handwriting of days gone by? Learn to created beautiful lettering by using a pointed calligraphy nib and ink, and applying the correct pressure. Current handwriting does not matter as this is an applied skill to learn and practice; just the desire to have some fun and do something unique. Led by a local school art teacher who is an active member of two local art guilds. All necessary supplies will be provided the first day of class, a $20 supply fee will be collected by the instructor.

This ongoing class is adaptable for all levels of mobility. Led by Scott Worsham who has practiced this exercise form for over 25 years.
