This ancient Chinese exercise promotes vitality, balance, strength and longevity. Using special breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements, Tai Chi can help curtail arthritis, respiratory disease and high blood pressure. This on-going course is adaptable for all levels of mobility. The sessions conclude with a meditative cool down. Led by Scott Worsham who has been practicing this exercise form for over 25 years.

Just keep movin'! Join "KP" as she leads this extremely popular exercise session designed especially for those with mobility issues or have difficulty standing while exercising. Slow stretches and comfortable balance exercises, while seated and in contact with a chair, will help tone and strengthen muscles to increase mobility and flexibility. Gradual use of hand weights and stretch bands is also incorporated. easily adaptable for those with physical limitations.

Our lives are filled with appointments, deadlines, and responsibility which can leave you feeling exhausted, irritable, and disconnected. Learn simple Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to help you relax and unwind. This class is designed to help you and your partner share the nurturing, relaxing, therapeutic benefits of massage with each other. You will be educated on massage techniques, products, and breathing exercises. Participants are encouraged to bring their own massage oils or aromatherapy for use. Come in your pajamas and bring some pillows or yoga mat. Drinks and refreshments will be served. Instructor: Jennifer Anderson, LMT.
