Get Fit, Stay Fit! Join our energized instructor in this low-impact, core-strengthening program designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and range of motion. This long-running fitness program uses light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Adaptable for all levels of mobility.

Good fun, good food, good friends! That is how we best describe Bingo Night at the Center, held on the first Thursday of each month. Bring a brown bag with a small, new, non-food bingo prize inside and enjoy a fun-filled evening playing bingo and visiting with friends. Enjoy a free, light supper after the games.

The Trash Fashion program is an environmental educational program that engages students and artists to become knowledgeable about problems associated with waste generation through fashion and artistic design; then encourages them to find solutions and craft their own clothing outfit, bag, hat, etc out of recyclable items. This program will meet up once a week and followed by a Trashion Runway Show.
