Get Fit, Stay Fit! Join our energized instructor in this low-impact, core-strengthening program designed to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and range of motion. This long-running fitness program uses light hand weights and elastic bands to strengthen the body and focus on functional fitness. Stretching exercises complete this well-rounded workout. Adaptable for all levels of mobility.
