Hospital facilities while adding TMED Zone beautification and amenities. The Reinvestment Zone #1 has also played an integral role in making this project and others possible in the redevelopment of this TMED area.” Enhanced intersections, turn movements and multi-modal components such as sidewalks and hike-and-bike trails have been incorporated into the design.
