Under the guidance of black belt instructors, students train together and assist one another in learning the techniques. Because Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu relies on naturally efficient body movement rather than strength or speed to overcome an attacker, the training is safe, stimulating, and accessible to any adult regardless of age, physical condition, or previous martial art experience.
