Vinyasa YogaVINYASA FLOW is a dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. It aids in building confidence and assists you in staying present and centered. This class will feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga—including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, dynamic stretching, and breathwork; with the opportunity to learn/practice inversions and backbends. All levels are welcome. Props and modifications offered for proper alignment and ease in the poses.

Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, action-packed workout that combines challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, block and move in each class. It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength, and endurance training. Cardio Kickboxing is a great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, and both men and women are welcome!

Adult Rock Climbing
If you are looking for a fun way to change the pace of your personal workout, or perhaps a unique way for the family to enjoy some quality time together, the Summit's indoor rock climbing wall will rock your world! 60 linear feet consisting of 20 foot tall climbing walls and automatic belay systems handle the best climbers and newbies alike.
