Admission


  • Punch cards can be purchased at the pool for just $30.
  • Admission costs vary depending on the program. Open or lap swims require a punch value of $1.50; whereas, instructed classes require a $2.50 punch.
  • Day passes can also be purchased for single admissions. A day pass for open or lap swims costs $3. Instructed classes cost $4.
  • You must be 16 or older to participate in instructed classes unless approved by the Pool Manager.

Aqua Arthritis


If you experience tension, pain and lack of flexibility due to arthritis, this class is designed for you. Utilize the warm water's natural resistance to help reduce aching joints and improve flexibility.

Aquacize 


Everyone is welcome in Aquacize! Join in for a workout that is customizable and sure to get you moving. All exercises can be modified to give you a low-impact or medium-impact workout depending what your body can handle.  The water-assisted exercises provide a great calorie burning class that will torch fat and tone your muscles.


Open Swim/Senior Open Swim


Open swim means flexibility in creating your own swimming workout in a comfortable environment at the Indoor Pool.

Lap Swim


Lap swimming is one of the best full body workouts you can do. We have many hours scheduled throughout each day just for you!

Family Swim


Want a great way to spend time with the kids and exercise too? Bring your family out to Family Swim every Saturday afternoon starting at 1:30!

Therapeutic Swim


This swim time is for anyone who needs the therapeutic benefit of water therapy no matter your condition or age. Come enjoy the natural resistance of the water or add some water weights to your work out.

Water Aerobics/Senior Water Aerobics


Looking for a new way to exercise, lose weight, increase cardiovascular endurance and have fun at the same time? Water Aerobics is a great way to do it.


Hydro-Fitness


Hydro-Fitness helps build strength and endurance, while toning muscles in a low-impact environment. Leg workouts in the water emphasize your lower body as the water gives your submerged muscles up to 14 times the resistance of air. The harder you work, the more resistance you encounter. Add in a specialized upper body workout and it’s a total fitness package!

Semi-Private Swim Lessons


Swim Lessons at Sammons Indoor Pool are underway!
The ability to swim is an important life skill that everyone should learn. Adult and Youth lessons are available each month of the school year, but each class is extremely limited to 4 students. Classes are 50 minutes long over the course of 4 Saturdays and you must pre-register by the Wednesday before the first class of the month.

Sammons Park Indoor Pool can be rented for parties, events, or any other gatherings. For smaller parties (1-40 attending) the cost to rent the facility is $140. For Larger parties (41-75 attending) the cost is $155. For more information about renting the pool, call 254-298-5930.
